The UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation and the UPMC Jameson Health Care Foundation are proud to participate in this year’s PA OH Gives matching gift campaign through the Community Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We ask that you consider supporting the work of our Foundations to improve local community health through a contribution during Giving Week (June 24-28) which will help us meet our goal of raising $10,000 for each Foundation. Gifts made in support of the Foundation will be eligible for matching funds provided by the Community Foundation, increasing the impact of your gift!
Contributions made to the Foundations will help support a variety of programs, including the Medical Equipment Recycling Program, which loans medical devices at no cost to area residents, the Foundations’ scholarship programs, supporting local high school graduates and nursing students pursuing an education in healthcare, and the Transportation Fund, which provides support for local patients who are financially unable to travel to or from healthcare appointments. Every dollar given helps the Foundations keep local residents independent, safe and healthy.
To help us meet our goal, you can donate online or via check. Gifts must be received during Giving Week (12am on June 22nd through 12pm on June 28th) to be eligible for matching funds.

To give via check, write your check payable to the “Community Foundation of WPA & EOH” and put either “UPMC Horizon Foundation” or “UPMC Jameson Foundation” on the memo line.
