The UPMC Horizon Community Foundation has received a generous distribution of $6,900 from the Friends of MERP designated for the support the Foundation’s Medical Equipment Recycling Program. The donation was made to support the program’s efforts to equip community members with the medical equipment they need to lead independent, safe and fulfilling lives.
The Friends of MERP are a standalone nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of enhancing the work done by the Medical Equipment Recycling Program through fundraising and volunteering. More information about the Program and the Friends of MERP can be found on the Foundation’s website. The Foundation thanks the Friends of MERP for their continued efforts and generosity.
