Join us for the Fourth Annual UPMC Horizon & Jameson Foundations Community 5K! Register now for yourself or a create a team with your friends, family and coworkers. This will be a great opportunity to support the UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation and the UPMC Jameson Healthcare Foundation and our mission to improve community health in Mercer and Lawrence Counties and the surrounding area.

- Meet at Memorial Field House, Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA
- Option to participate in a 5K or 1-mile walk/run
- T-shirt included
- Food will be available from the Haitian Sensation Food Truck

COST
- $25 $20 early-bird discount available through July 11th
- $10 for ages 14 and younger
