Join us for the First Annual UPMC Horizon & Jameson Foundations Community 5K! Register now for yourself or a create a team with your friends, family and coworkers. This will be a great opportunity to support the UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation and the UPMC Jameson Healthcare Foundation and our mission to improve community health in Mercer and Lawrence Counties and the surrounding area.
