Have you heard about the UPMC Horizon & Jameson Foundation’s Employee Contribution Fund (ECF)? This incredible program provides essential support for UPMC employees facing unexpected financial challenges who work at UPMC Horizon or UPMC Jameson or who reside in Mercer and Lawrence Counties.
Established by a group of compassionate employees at UPMC Horizon-Greenville, the ECF has expanded its reach to include UPMC Horizon-Shenango Valley and UPMC Jameson. It is entirely funded by generous contributions made by UPMC employees, providing a safety net for their colleagues in times of need.
So how does it work? Employees can sign up to contribute a small percentage of their regular pay to support the ECF which is overseen by the UPMC Horizon and Jameson Foundations and a committee of UPMC employees. Click here to read about how the ECF was there for the Haroldson family when they needed it most.
