Board members Frank Mindicino and Jerry Trontel have been appointed by the UPMC Horizon and Jameson hospital board to serve additional three-year terms on the UPMC Horizon and UPMC Jameson Foundations’ board, beginning on April 1st. All members serve concurrently on the board of each Foundation, which are operated in close partnership to serve the region. Other board members include Jay Bruce, Kelly Conger, Alyson Fisher, Scott Graubard, Patsy Maxim, Margaret Noel, Dale Perelman, Jessica Phillips, Tom Sabol and Randy Silverman. David Patton, President of UPMC Horizon and Jameson, Mike Tracy, CFO of UPMC Horizon and Jameson, and Adam Nowland, Director of the Horizon and Jameson Foundations, also serve on the board as ex officio members.
Board Officers elected for the 2025 term are Jay Bruce (Chair), Frank Mindicino (Vice-Chair), Randy Silverman (Secretary) and Jerry Trontel (Treasurer).
