Help Us Meet our Goal of Making our Communities Healthier!
The UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation and UPMC Jameson Health Care Foundation are once again proud to participate in PA OH Gives, hosted by the Community Foundation of Western Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. We invite you to support our mission to improve local community health by making a contribution during Giving Week, June 20–26. Every gift helps us reach our goal of raising $10,000 for each Foundation – and thanks to matching funds, your donation will go even further!
Contributions made to the Foundations during PA OH Gives 2026 will help support a variety of impactful programs—such as the Medical Equipment Recycling Program, which provides free durable medical equipment to thousands of local residents; scholarship programs for high school graduates and nursing students pursuing careers in health care; and patient assistance efforts, including transportation and discharge support for those facing financial barriers to care. Every dollar given helps the Foundations keep local residents independent, safe, and healthy.
To help us meet our goal, you can donate online or via check. Gifts must be received during Giving Week (12am on June 20th through 11:59pm on June 26th) to be eligible for matching funds.
To give online, choose the button below for the Foundation of your choice and select “Make a Gift.”
To give via check, write your check payable to the “Community Foundation of WPA & EOH” and put either “UPMC Horizon Foundation” or “UPMC Jameson Foundation” on the memo line.
