This event is hosted by the Dr. Edgardo Lob Memorial Cancer Care Fund through the UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation and is complimentary for each survivor and one guest.
It’s a day to come together, share stories of strength, and celebrate your journey. You won’t want to miss this uplifting afternoon filled with hope, connection, and community.
